Returns Policy.

Goods must be returned within 60 days of purchase​, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then BRAAP MTB will not be able to process the exchange.

Manufacturing Faults.

If your garment hasn't met your expectations and you believe that there has been a fault during manufacturing, please reach out to our support team. We kindly ask that you attach a picture of your order and the issue that you are experiencing.
